What we collect

When you order online we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and, for deliveries, your address. We use these only to prepare, deliver and contact you about your order.

Emails about your order

When you order, we email you a confirmation with your receipt, and a short update when your order is ready to collect or has been posted. These come from our own café mailbox, info@honeyandhaven.co.uk. We only email you about your order, never marketing.

Payments

Payments are handled securely by SumUp. We never see or store your card details.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts, and we never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.

Notes sent through the bee

If you send us feedback or an idea using the bee, we keep your message, and your name and email only if you choose to give them so we can reply. We delete notes once we no longer need them. Ask us any time and we’ll remove yours.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. The map on our home page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
